After more than a decade working as a Solutions Architect for some of Australia's largest IT firms — including Unisys, Commander, and InFront Systems — our founder had seen enough. Enough bureaucracy. Enough account managers who didn't know your name. Enough solutions designed around vendor margins rather than what businesses actually needed.
So in 2013, Stratus Business Systems was born — built on a simple idea: that small and medium businesses in Canberra deserved the same quality of IT expertise as the big end of town, delivered by people who genuinely give a damn.
Twelve years on, that idea hasn't changed.
